This section groups together images that depict two themes: scenes in which the retainers have prepared themselves for battle, crossed Ryōgoku Bridge in Formation and head to Moronao’s residence; and scenes that depict the retainers gathering in front of the gate of the residence.
　Particularly striking are the powerful depictions of Ryōgoku Bridge which mimic the later scenes of retreat and the row houses that surround Moronao’s residence which are depicted with a sense of oppression symbolizing his immense villainy.
