As members of the Global Performing Arts Consortium (GloPAC), we propose four projects for developing the Global Performing Arts website, database (GloPAD) and Japan Resource Center (JPARC), each with short-term (six months) and long-term objectives. The projects are: 1) Performance History of Kabuki Plays through Print Images; 2) Nobumitsu Research Portal; 3) Online Research Exchange and Repository for GloPAC Scholarship; and 4) Interactive Noh Costume Project. Each project is designed to explore different possibilities that can be realized through the combined goals, efforts, and skills of the GloPAC and ARC teams. The proposal includes development of exhibition-type sites, interactive sites, and online conferencing and publishing on GloPAC. As a result of the development of the four new projects, we also anticipate general improvements to the GloPAC site.
