Action movies have been around for some time plus they aren't going anywhere. In reality, they're improving constantly! More serious, more realistic plus they are drawing more people to the theater and rental boxes than previously. Why the appeal to these types of movies? Old and young alike, men or even a good number of women, genuinely enjoy action movies. Read about reasons why why which is;

 Unrealistic Realness

 Vigorous Violence

Cars explode, heads smash through windows, areas of the body are broken - and it's really all seen and heard in a way that causes us to be cringe! Near magical make-up artistry, impressive stunt work and green screen technology usage make up a large amount of the bulging budgets of action movies.

Bigger and Than True to life
