In noh, monogi (物着) is a shōdan of the hayashigoto musical type.

A passage in which the shite dons a costume or headgear helped by kōken stage assistants. This costuming can take place at kōken-za upstage right, or on the stage proper. During the costuming the kotsuzumi and ōtsuzumi play a slow, repeating pattern, and the nōkan joins at times. Since the costuming may require sowing of some of its parts, the musicians will adjust the length of their music to the actual time needed for the costuming.
