Manure

Manure plays a part in the fertility of the soil with the addition of organic matter as well as nutrients, like nitrogen, which are captured by bacteria in the soil. Higher organisms then feed on the fungi as well as bacteria in a cycle of life that comprises the soil food web. Additionally it is a product obtained after decomposition of organic matter such as cow-dung which replenishes the soil with important elements and add humus to the soil.
