Computer issues are no fun.
How many times have you been making use of your computer while you would every other day whether for work or simply random internet surfing when suddenly you understand something isn't quite right?
It may be something subtle (in the beginning), much like your computer is slowing down. Maybe the browser that accustomed to open instantly now requires a few seconds extra so when you attempt to scroll down and up on a website there is some lag. You attempt restarting your pc (which usually fixes most issues) except it does not work.
Or maybe computer appears to work ok, however your programs are randomly crashing. You are in the center of reading an internet site and suddenly your browser crashes. Or worse, suddenly your computer crashes!
Sometimes computers will crash randomly, and often they crash regularly (many times per day). And often they crash and either won't restart, or won't fully make it through the boot up cycle, instead displaying system error messages.
What's someone to do in this situation?
Sure, you can repair it yourself if you know about computers. But do you? Are you aware how to go through the Windows registry and find the files that shouldn't be there and delete them?
Are you aware which files are used at startup and how to check if they've become corrupt?
Are you aware what the symptoms are of RAM which has failed? Do you know how to burn an ISO disk to check your computer's RAM?
Do you know what your computer's diagnostic codes are? For example, if the power light flashes 2 times and repeats, or maybe it flashes 3 times and repeats, or maybe it will two long flashes instead?
Some people may read this and think "yeah, I understand all that stuff! No problem!" As well as the everyone else, it's sometimes easier to go to a computer repair place and let them diagnose and fix the problems. Not everybody has time for you to learn all of this themselves, nor the tools to repair it themselves.
