3. Make a List, and Let Your Writing Flow

Test it now. Create a list with the five most worrying things in your life right now. Just list: financial concerns, job worries, relationship worries... You don't need to do just about anything about the subject, just write them down. Clearing the mind in this way is a great stress reliever. It lets you give attention to your writing.
4. Get Goals - It's Easier Than You imagine

Without fail, I've was able to achieve every goal out there. There are good, logical reasons why writing your primary goal allows you to achieve them, and even though this technique sounds super-simple, do not be deceived. It's powerful.
