If you're looking to make changes to your lifestyle it might appear just a little overwhelming. I too was overwhelmed. I had so many things to change. Where will i start? How do i possibly change everything all at one time? Wouldso would I even remember everything I'm designed to do to change? Consequently I'd put off starting until Monday, but, Monday never came. It wasn't until I finally decided which i required to crawl before I possibly could walk. I picked just a few things and starting implementing them right away. Here are a few ideas that may help you produce that initial step towards fitness.

   Drink more water - Make a conscious effort to drink the recommended 8-10 glass a day. Remember sodas, coffee along with other beverages like this aren't included in water intake. Actually many of them have caffeine which fits in reverse wreaking damage to your water balance.
   Exercise - This was a tough one for me, I was exhausted and time (or so I thought) was limited. Pick something you can work into your lifestyle and try to remember a little exercise is much better than no exercise whatsoever. In the beginning I worked in some short 10 minute walks throughout my day to get started and eventually worked in 2 30 minute Yoga sessions each day.
   Reduce stress - There are many different things we can do to reduce stress however for me the main element I had to learn to refuse more regularly. I'm responsible for wanting to be everything to everyone and always putting myself last. By saying no thanks more often made me feel less pressured to have it finished. Also it gave me more free time to simply operate in more exercise.
   Get more sleep - We all burn the candle at each side leaving us exhausted and craving carbs. At first I thought it would be impossible, regardless I designed a promise to myself that I would start with a few nights a week obtaining a full 8 hours. It wasn't long afterwards I was ensuring from it Seven days a week!
