raw diet - If you are thinking about adopting a healthier diet than the one you're eating now, you may have thought about starting a raw food diet. Maybe you're eating the conventional American cooked food diet or possibly it's really a fairly nutritious diet but you want to eat even healthier. Maybe the difficult part is understanding just how to start out a raw food diet or what to eat. Regardless you'll be healthier by incorporating more living or raw foods to your diet.

One of the better ways to start out is simply by slowly adding vegetables and fruit to your current diet. You can three to four fruits to your breakfast meal and/or have an all-fruit smoothie. Your smoothie is an all fruit mixture of fresh and frozen. Although fresh is best. You may use 2 bananas for any base and add to it. For lunch you will have a small salad or cole slaw and much more fruit in addition to what you should normally have.

Regardless you want to eat all your raw food first so you don't leave much room for other foods which can be cooked. The raw food will be better for you. You will discover you start craving certain fruit and veggies after consuming them for awhile.

raw diet - For dinner you will have a huge, I am talking about enormous salad. Use red leaf lettuce, green leaf lettuce, romaine, spring mix or spinach leaves being a base then add a chop up tomato and avocado and then any other vegetables you want. Eat this primary before any of your dinner food. This is my main course while dining time. It's my job to do not have room for anything else and when I do I still just have raw fruit or any other raw foods.

For snacks in between meals you'll have any type of fruit, fruit smoothies, green smoothies, green juice or carrot juice, raw nuts or raw desserts of which there are lots of you can make easily.

Of course these are merely a couple of ideas. There are numerous raw fruits, vegetables, nuts to select from and hundreds of raw food recipes you may make.

The most important thing would be to just start. It doesn't must be complicated and you also do not have to consume a raw food diet plan or program. There's no right or wrong way. There are lots of method to consume a vegan, raw food diet.
