【自己紹介文 Short bio】
1975年、木版画摺師・鉄井孝之の次男として東京に生まれる。会社員を経て鉄井木版画工房に入り、摺師の道へ。父に師事し修行を重ねながら、各展覧会で摺りの実演を精力的に行い、2009年11月にはロシア・サンクトペテルブルクの露日友好会館で開催された文化催事においても好評を博す。浮世絵木版画彫摺技術保存協会 理事。東京伝統木版画工芸協同組合員。

I was born in Tokyo in 1975 as the second son of woodblock print printer Takayuki Tetsui. After working in a corporate setting, I joined Tetsui Woodblock Print Studio and pursued a career as a printer. Under my father's guidance, I honed my skills and have actively demonstrated printing techniques at various exhibitions. In November 2009, my work was exhibited at a cultural event held at the Japan-Russia Friendship House in Saint Petersburg, Russia. I serve as a board member of the Ukiyo-e Woodblock Printing Preservation Association and am a member of the Tokyo Traditional Woodblock Print Crafts Association.

伝統木版の技術をご紹介することで、何か皆様の一助になればと思っております。また、私自身も学ぶところが多いワークショップになると思います。

By introducing traditional woodblock printing techniques, I hope to offer valuable insights to participants. At the same time, I expect this workshop to provide me with many opportunities for learning.
