01.02の地図と同じ本に掲載されている地図にもかかわらず、日本列島の形が全く異なる。この地図には北海道がなく、四国が本州の南に長く横たわり、九州が粉々になっている。江戸と思われる位置には、大阪(Osaquo)と記されていることより、01.02同様関東地方が欠落している。

This 16^th-century map omits any reference of Hokkaido, Edo and much of Japan east and north of Osaquo (Osaka). It highlights Meaco (Kyoto) as the principal city of the island. The western part of the archipelago is represented as a haphazard scattering of small islands.

The Latin commentary about Japan reads:
The isle of Japan, called Zipangri by Marco Polo of Venice, formerly [called] Chrÿse [meaning gold], was once attacked by the great Khan in war, but without success.
