Recently, PC games have shown a growing trend within their popularity and this is something, which has raised concern on whether console devices will stay the ring-leaders in the $30 billion gaming industry. Inside a recent conference, Nvidia, a graphics card developer has predicted that PC games sales will surpass console game sales within the next 3 years. Whether this is correct or false, the bottom-line is the fact that PC games are witnessing an exponential growth.

Statistics show that by 2015, PC gaming software revenue will overtake console games sales reaching a higher of close to $25 billion. There are various reasons, that have been associated with such growth in Computer games popularity and something is certainly the cost issue. What these statistics depict is that the prices don't differ so much between Computer games and console game and for that reason, the facet of price must be further elaborated.
