1. Try to have breakfast within one hour of waking. 5. This exercise routine is the most popular - punching your pillow. It may seem like one of those weird ideas but trust me it really works. Not too many of us have punching bags both at home and if you have really fluffy pillow passing on a good punching routine is just as good as other things.
This is also a nice way of letting off steam, so do it now. In the end, something is better than nothing. However i would suggest that you don't hit it too violently or else the stuffing might come out. Do not bother too much about the force that you hit the pillow. It's number of hits which are important. Try to get at least fifty punches in a single bout.
I must provide you with a little tip over here. When there is somebody that you particularly dislike like your boss or perhaps your neighbor, or might be your ex-boyfriend or girlfriend, try fixing a picture from the person's head on the top your pillow after which try punching it.
