Warm Roof Have a Step Closer
Well, the chaps at www.warmroof.info have been getting the brink of finalizing two big roof replacement contracts in Spitalfields and Tulse Hill for some time now also it appears thing might have managed to move on with positive noises originating from both the project architects and structural engineers. In addition, the new enquiries, being quite soft throughout the oncoming of November, appear to be picking up again quite nicely, particularly in relation to wartrol foam insulation side of the business.
Commercial enquiries are on the rise also. We’ve been to a 300 square metre flat roof replacement this very morning that requires a complete job doing onto it which I’m sure will be lucrative. The domestic spray foam insulation remains steady (we’ve done six this week already) and with the work that has recently been done on the domestic roof replacement work I think the lads at www.warmroof.info will be busy well into the new year.
All in all the management team are reasonably happy with how things appear to be progressing and the lads are always pleased to be busy. Provided we can keep your new enquiries level somewhere around where it stands currently I believe there exists a strong sustainable business model along with a strong position from which we are able to grow.
