Good communicators pass their message getting the following factors appropriately considered:

1. Clarity of the message (keep it simple and clear) 2. Adequacy of the message (provide enough information for proper understanding) 3. Integrity from the message (keep it precise as the original information) 4. Timing of the message (deliver it when needed and put)

For effective communication, it's required from the communicator to obtain or demand feedback from the listener to be sure that the content is well understood. In a nutshell, a great communicator ought to be a good listener.
