This costuming can take place at &#039;&#039;[[kōken-za]]&#039;&#039; upstage right, or on the stage proper. During the costuming the &#039;&#039;[[kotsuzumi]]&#039;&#039; and &#039;&#039;[[ōtsuzumi]]&#039;&#039; play a slow, repeating pattern, and the &#039;&#039;[[nōkan]]&#039;&#039; joins at times.
