テキストマイニングによる協調活動の可視化と解釈
－非営利ネットワークを事例として－

和文要旨：昨今、各人の自発的な参加のもと結成され、公益的な協働を行う「非営利ネットワーク」の社会的インパクトが増大している。そうした非営利ネットワークの成員らは、メーリング・リスト（ML）やSNSなどのICTをインタラクションのツールとして活用しているため、そこでのログ（通信記録）は、そのネットワークの内実や動態を知る上での重要な一次資料となると考えられる。

本研究では、先ず、非営利ネットワークにおいて実際に使用されているMLのログに対してテキストマイニングを実施し、結成から協働の組織として機能するに至るプロセス（組織化プロセス）の可視化を試みた。次いで、可視化の結果をふまえ、自発的に形成された組織の動態を把握する手法としてのテキストマイニングの適用可能性について考察した。

Abstract：Recently, ICT is rapidly spreading as a platform for various activities in “non-profit network organizations”. The members of a non-profit network mainly utilize ICT such as mailing lists and SNS. The log of communication activities on the computer is very useful for analysis of activity patterns that can help define the structure of the organization.

In this phase of my research, I have analyzed the log for the mailing list used by a certain non-profit network organization through text mining. Also, I have visualized the process of organizing the members of the mailing list by use of two kinds of software. The visualization results form the basis for evaluating the possibility of applying text mining as a method for examining the organizing of non-profit network organizations.
