Andree Mancha a adventure from Singapore.

Andree Lim Geok Leng had gone to call home in California. Whilst in the Usa she worked as a director of operations in the business services office and human source at an exclusive retirement home. In 2006 she had returned to her house in Singapore. This trip home was to care for her aging parents. She looked high and low for hours that wouldn't be taken up more than 44 by work per week. 

It was done to ensure she would have a lot of quality time for you to spend with her family. Most importantly in her family is her young daughter. Andree Lim Mancha decided an individual service or administrative position will allow a better balance to be achieved by her in both her professional and personal responsibilities. 

Andree M. Mancha despaired after over forty lost purposes was prolonged. In April 2007, Andree Lim opted for a lifetime career workshop underneath the prefesionals transformation program that was prepared by the National Trades Union Congress and was supported by the following groups throughout Singapore: WDA, EDB, SPRING Singapore, and STB. 
She realized resume writing and interview handling skills from her trip to California. Soon thereafter she got the task with Chasen Logistics Services an LLC business that supports the work of mature 'PMETs.' PMET's means Professionals, Managers, Executives, and Technicians. This group recognized Andree's determination, resourcefulness, and maturity as a very important tool for the company. 

Andree Lim has become a happy customer service executive at Chasen while still enjoying her function and life balance. She is very pleased to NTUC for their effort in reintegrating mid-career professionals like herself back into the workforce. 

'NTUC secured an, face-to-face interview. With that, I could persuade Chasen why I was the staff member they certainly were searching for.'
